Begunah is now Chase
The name of the film being made by Maverick Production Private Limited has been changed to Chase. Earlier it was Begunah. This is the first film produced independently by Maverick.
Lead character of the film is being played by Anuj Saxena. Others working with him are Udita Goswami, Sameer Kochar, Aditya Raj Kapoor, Tareena Patel, Rajesh Khattar, and Shweta Menon. This is a thriller film directed by well known director Jagmohan Mundhra.
Maverick Production is progressing rapidly in the field of film production and three of its films will go on floor this year. Earlier Maverick has produced Dulha Mil Gaya jointly with Adlabs and Insight Production starring Shahrukh Khan, Sushmita Sen, and Fardeen Khan among others. This is a grand movie.
Maverick also produced Aloo Chat with Mirchi Movies which was released recently and was very successful. The compnay was started by Anuj Saxena in march 2007 and it successfully organised International Gold Awards, September 2007, in Mauritius in collaboration with White Leaf.
Maverick has produced more than 20 adfilms including those for Tiger Balm White, Lip Care etc. It has also many TV serials and documentaries, a Kannad film Housefull and is also engaged in film distibution business.
