Sajani will make you emotional - says Master Salim
Master Salim's voice has such a vibe that everyone gets attracted towards it. He has been singing since he was only 6yrs old. He started learning music from his father Ustad and famous Sufi singer Puran Shah Koti and his first album 'Charkhe ki dhum' was released when he was 10 yrs old. 23 of his albums have been released till now. He has sang songs in many films, some of which were very popular like 'Mast Kalandar' (Hey Baby), 'Tashan Me' (Tashan), and 'Maa Da Ladla'(Dostana).
Recently Salim is in news because of the release of his new Sufi album 'Teri Sajani' by music company Sony. The title song 'Sajani' is in his voice. There are other hit filmi songs too in the album.
Master Salim gives all the credits for his success to his parents, both of whom are good singers. His father is a wellknown sufi singer but his mother has stepped outside of her home. Hans Raj Hans singer is his GuruBhai because he also is the disciple of Salim's father.
Salim is happy that he has been placed in the exalted comany of famours singer like Kailash Kher and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan in the album 'Teri Sajani'. Salim is going to Pune Film Institute to be trained as an actor. He is going to act in a film too with a star actress.
